The production process of alloy seamless steel pipes includes three-roller cross-rolling, continuous rolling or extrusion, tube removal, sizing (or reducing), cooling, straightening, hydraulic pressure test (or flaw detection), etc. According to different uses, the standards of alloy seamless steel pipes are also different, such as GB/T8162-1999 for general structures and mechanical structures, GB/T8163-1999 for conveying fluids, GB3087-1999 for low and medium pressure boilers, etc.

Mechanical properties
The mechanical properties of alloy steel seamless pipes include tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, impact energy, etc. For example, the mechanical properties of H13 seamless steel pipe are tensile strength σb (MPa) ≥ 1175 (120), yield strength σs (MPa) ≥ 835 (85), elongation δ5 (%) ≥ 10, and impact energy Akv (J) ≥ 78 1. The mechanical properties of ASTMA335P92 seamless steel pipe are tensile strength ≥ 620MPa and yield strength ≥ 440MPa .
Implementation standards
The implementation standards of alloy steel seamless steel pipes include international standards and national standards. Common standards include DIN17175, JISG3467, JISG3458, GB5310, GB9948, ASTMA335/A335M, ASTMA213/A213m, etc. For example, DIN17175 is the industrial standard of the Federal Republic of Germany, and GB/T8162-2008 and GB/T8163-2008 are Chinese national standards .
