The process of forming stamped elbows generally involves cutting a circular ring shell into four 90° elbows, six 60° elbows, or other specifications. This process is suitable for manufacturing large elbows of any specification with a ratio of the elbow's mean diameter to its inner diameter greater than 1.5, and is currently the ideal method for manufacturing large pressure-bearing elbows.

Stamped elbows have the best pressure resistance. However, due to various factors, the actual wall thickness of underfloor heating pipes is usually [not specified in the original text]. Advantages: Flexible operation, high selectivity, relatively low technical requirements, well-controllable deformation, minimal thermal impact on the base material, and aesthetically pleasing.
