The process of forming stamped elbows generally involves cutting a circular ring shell into four 90° elbows, six 60° elbows, or other specifications. This process is suitable for manufacturing large elbows of any specification with a ratio of the elbow's mean diameter to its inner diameter greater than 1.5, and is currently the ideal method for manufacturing large pressure-bearing elbows.

Stamped elbows have the best pressure resistance. However, due to various factors, the actual wall thickness of underfloor heating pipes is usually [not specified in the original text]. At this wall thickness, various pipe materials can meet the requirements of underfloor heating, and the pressure resistance advantage of national standard stamped elbow pipes is not fully realized. Thermal conductivity: Pipes used for underfloor heating need good thermal conductivity and good low-temperature impact resistance. No pipe blank is required as raw material, saving on pipe manufacturing equipment and mold costs, and elbows with arbitrarily large diameters and relatively thin walls can be obtained.

The low-temperature welding principle of stamped elbows: Soft brazing and hard brazing are used, with the heat source selected according to different site requirements.

Advantages: Flexible operation, high selectivity, relatively low technical requirements, well-controllable deformation, minimal thermal impact on the base material, and aesthetically pleasing.
