Welding flange is a part that connects the pipe and is connected to the pipe end. There are holes on the welding flange, and the two flanges are tightly connected with bolts. So, how should we generally produce and process welding flanges? The production and processing technology of welding flanges is specifically introduced as follows: 1. Whether the annealing temperature of the welding flange reaches the specified temperature, the weld treatment generally adopts solution heat treatment, which is commonly known as "annealing", and the temperature range is 1040-1120℃. 2. Annealing atmosphere: Welding flanges generally use pure hydrogen as the annealing atmosphere, and the atmosphere purity is above 99.99%. If the other part of the atmosphere is an inert gas, the purity can be lower. 3. Protective gas pressure in the welding flange: In order to prevent slight leakage of the welding flange, the protective gas in the furnace should maintain a certain positive pressure. If it is a hydrogen protective gas, it is generally required to be above 20kBar. 4. Sealing of the furnace body of the butt-welded flange: The bright annealing furnace of the butt-welded flange should be closed and isolated from the outside air. When hydrogen is used as a protective gas, only one exhaust port is opened. 5. Welding flanges handle water vapor in the casting furnace. On the one hand, check whether the furnace body material is dry. When the furnace is first loaded, the furnace body material must be dried. Secondly, check whether there is too much water stains in the flange pipes entering the furnace, and do not leak into the furnace, otherwise it will destroy the atmosphere in the furnace.
