Combination of reducing pipe ends

Branch pipe seat (platform)
A pipe joint welded at the branch of the main pipe to play a reinforcing role.
Threaded branch pipe seat (platform) A branch pipe seat (platform) connected to the branch pipe by thread
Butt branch pipe seat (platform) A branch pipe seat (platform) connected to the branch pipe by butt welding
Socket welded branch pipe seat (platform) A branch pipe seat (platform) connected to the branch pipe by socket welding
Elbow branch pipe seat (platform) A branch pipe seat (platform) welded on the elbow
Miter branch pipe seat (platform) A branch pipe seat (platform) that is disconnected from the main pipe at 45°

Threaded plug (pipe plug) pipe cap
Threaded plug is used to plug the external threaded pipe fittings at the end of the pipe, including square head pipe plug, hexagonal pipe plug, etc.
Pipe cap is a cap-shaped pipe fitting welded or threaded to the end of the pipe.

Blind Plate
A round plate inserted between a pair of flanges to separate the pipes.
A hollow spacer with a gasket, generally used when not separating.
Blind Plate A spacer shaped like the figure 8, half of the figure 8 is a solid plate, used to separate pipes, and the other half is hollow, used when not separating.

Pipe series standard
The American pipe series (ANSI B36.10 and ANSIB36.19) is a typical "large outer diameter series" with a nominal size range of DN6 to DN2000mm. There are two ways to indicate its wall thickness.
One is to use the pipe number "SCH" to indicate the wall thickness.
①The ANSI B36.10 standard includes ten grades: SCH10, SCH20, SCH30, SCH40, SCH60, SCH80, SCH100, SCH120, SCH140, and SCH160.
②The ANSI B36.19 standard includes four grades: SCH5s, SCH10s, SCH40s, and SCH80s.
The second method is to use the weight of the pipe to indicate the wall thickness of the pipe. It divides the wall thickness of the pipe into three types:
Standard weight pipe, indicated by STD;
Thickened pipe, indicated by XS;
Extra thick pipe, indicated by XXS.

Advantages of seamless carbon steel elbows
The raw material for seamless carbon steel elbows is seamless steel pipe. The main production process involves heating and piercing a round tube billet, then rolling it using three-roll cross rolling, continuous rolling, or extrusion to set (or reduce) the outer diameter of the pipe. After cooling, it is straightened. It undergoes direct hydrostatic testing (or flaw detection), is marked, and then stored. Schxx represents the wall thickness grade; 180e (S) indicates a short-radius 180° carbon steel elbow, and 180e (L) indicates a long-radius 180° elbow; 90E (S) indicates a short-radius 90° carbon steel elbow, and 90e (L) indicates a long-radius 90° elbow; 45

180° carbon steel pipe elbow manufacturing process
The most common manufacturing process for carbon steel pipe bends is hot forming. Hot forming is divided into two types: hot push bending and hot heating bending. Our 180° carbon steel pipe bends are manufactured using the hot push process. The process flow diagram is shown below.

What are the advantages of using sliding flanges?
A sliding flange is a type of slip-on flange. Slip-on welding involves welding only the outer layer, not the inner layer. Slip-on flanges are typically used for medium- and low-pressure pipelines with a nominal pressure less than 2.5 MPa. There are four types of sealing faces for slip-on flanges: flat face, raised face (RF), FM/M, and tongue and groove (TG). Flat face is the most widely used and the cheapest. A sliding flange is a slip-on flange with a short neck. Carbon steel sliding flanges, or SO flanges, are generally cheaper than welded neck flanges, which is why customers often choose sliding flanges. As the name suggests, a sliding flange fits over a
