180° carbon steel pipe elbow manufacturing process

The most common manufacturing process for carbon steel pipe bends is hot forming. Hot forming is divided into two types: hot push bending and hot heating bending. Our 180° carbon steel pipe bends are manufactured using the hot push process. The process flow diagram is shown below.
