Usage Instructions

‌1. 2. Installation‌: Stainless steel elbows can be directly installed on the pipeline according to the connection method, and can be installed at any position of the pipeline, but they need to be easy to operate and inspect. Note that the flow rate of the stainless steel elbow medium should flow under the longitudinal valve disc, and the stainless steel elbow should be installed horizontally, and pay attention to sealing to prevent leakage, so as not to affect the normal operation of the pipeline.

Precautions for use‌: When using stainless steel elbows, only ball valves, stop valves and gate valves can be opened or closed, and the flow rate must not be adjusted to avoid wear on the sealing surface. 4. Special applications: Stainless steel elbows used in high temperature environments, such as the third air valve, should be installed with refractory castables on the valve body, and their thickness should be determined according to the materials used on the main board and the allowable heat consumption.
